Dr. Alan Butler is adjunct faculty at the Guam Psychology Internship Consortium and currently working on post-doctoral hours for licensure as a clinical psychologist. He completed his doctoral studies in clinical psychology at Antioch University, Seattle with an elective focus in health psychology. Dr. Butler’s pre-internship experience focused on psychological interventions for individuals admitted to nursing homes and psychological assessment in community mental health for individuals with developmental disabilities. Dr. Butler’s clinical interests include indigenous psychology, cultural formulations/interventions, and relational-cultural therapy.
